MAGSA landowners are eligible for up to $1 million annually through the US Department of Agriculture Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) Environmental Quality Incentives Program (EQIP) under the WaterSMART Initiative, available through Fiscal Year 2026. The deadline to apply for this year’s funding cycle is November 15, 2024.
To answer grower’s questions about the EQIP funding application, projects that can be funded, and more, MAGSA is hosting a webinar next week in partnership with NRCS. A representative from the Fresno NRCS office will be available to answer questions growers have so they can submit successful applications.
