NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED PROPERTY-RELATED FEE
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the McMullin Area Groundwater Sustainability Agency (“MAGSA”) will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, June 7, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at the Kerman Community Center, 15101 W. Kearney Blvd., Kerman, CA 93630 to consider the extension of the existing $19 per-acre charge. The charge is the result of a detailed budget analysis and an independent professional Fee Study Report prepared to determine the appropriateness of the charge amount.

AVISO DE AUDIENCIA PÚBLICA SOBRE LA CUOTA PROPUESTA RELACIONADA CON LA PROPIEDAD
A través del presente notificamos que la Junta Directiva de la McMullin Area Groundwater Sustainability Agency (“MAGSA”) llevará a cabo una audiencia pública el miércoles, 7 de junio de 2023 a las 2:00 p.m. en el Kerman Community Center, 15101 W. Kearney Blvd., Kerman, CA 93630 con el propósito de poner en consideración la ampliación del cargo fijo existente de $19 por acre. El cargo fijo es el resultado de un detallado análisis presupuestario y de un Informe sobre el Estudio de Cuotas profesional independiente realizado para determinar la pertinencia de los montos de las cuotas.
